Engine emits abnormal sound, starts intermittently
or rotates slowly:
• Switch connections damaged;
• Mechanical obstruction;
• Brush cutter is under excessive pressure, engine
overloaded;
Low cutting performance:
• Damaged cutter blades;
• Damaged battery;
Body overheats:
• Machine overloaded;
• The housing or parts inside the brush cutter are
incorrectly assembled;
Solution
• Charge the battery;
• Repair or replace the switch;
• Press the security button;
• Repair or replace the switch;
• Inspect the mechanical components;
• Reduce the pressure exerted;
• Replace the cutter head blades;
• Replace the battery;
• Reduce working pressure;
• check whether there is any blockage or part
touching the blade;
