5. Trial Run / Operation
•
Place the device on a stable and safe surface.
•
Make sure that the required operating voltage matches the power supply voltage.
•
Ensure that socket is earthed.
•
Plug in the power cable, ensure the power is on.
•
Ensure the speed control knob is at the lowest position.
•
Add the medium into the vessel using a suitable stirring bar.
•
Power ON the instrument by pressing the power switch I/O; the LED power will light up.
•
Put the vessel on one of the stirring points (see figure 2).
•
Set the rated stirring speed and start working. Turn the speed control knob to set the rated rotary speed in the safe
speed range between 0 and 1100 rpm.
•
Observe the stirring bars.
•
Turn the temperature control knob to set the rated temperature in the safe limit from room temperature to 120℃ (only
heating model).
•
Stop the stirring function by turning the speed control knob all the way counterclockwise.

If these operations above cause no abnormalities, the device is ready to operate. Otherwise, the device may have been
damaged during transportation, please contact manufacturer/supplier for technical support.
6. Faults
•
If a unit fault happens, please power OFF the instrument and then:
➢ Switch the unit back ON.
➢ The stirring function will continue to operate at the speed set before the fault took place.
•
Instruments cannot be powered ON.
➢ Make sure the power cable is plugged in.
➢ Check whether the fuse is broken or loose.
•
Stir speed cannot reach set point.
➢ Excessive medium viscosity may cause an abnormal motor speed reduction.
If these faults are not resolved, please contact the manufacturer/supplier.
Warning!
Forbid to transfer the vessel when the
instrument working.
