ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.
This product comes completely assembled and includes the bath wall, two mounting profiles and an
assembly kit. The bath doors should only be mounted onto a permanently installed bathtub. Remove the
packaging from the doors. Place the structure over the bathtub so that the frame of the doors follows the
perimeter of the bathtub and is 5 to 10mm from the edge. Check the opening and closing of the doors. Be
careful when placing the entrance door in the area of the raised head rest. Here, the door frame can be
moved closer to the edge of the bathtub if necessary.
2.
Place the entire structure into a vertical position and adjust it using a level. Mark the position of the edges
of the mounting profiles onto the bathroom walls. Remove the bath wall from the bathtub.
3.
Remove both mounting profiles from the door structure. Place one of the profiles into position against the
wall with the rounded edge to the outside of the bathtub. Mark the openings for the bolts on the wall.
Repetat for the other profile.
4.
In the center of the marked oval, drill an
drilling, check for electric, gas and water mains in the walls.
5.
Fix the mounting profile to the wall using the bolts from the assembly kit. Slide the bathtub doors into the
profile and adjust their position on the flat edge of the bathtub. Check the function of the doors. It is
important that the doors smoothly slide in the hinges and that they pass over the elevated edge of the
bathtub which forms the headrest.
6.
Follow these steps to fix the doors into the mounting profile: There are openings in the upper and lower
part of the mounting profile. Use the
door according to the pre-drilled holes in the mounting profile. Secure the frame using the
screws.
7.
We recommend the use of RAVAK PROFESSIONAL silicon to seal the seams between the door
structure and the bathroom walls.
8.
Finish the installation by removing the plastic foil which protects the plastic panels from being damaged
during shipping and installation.
