Pass belt buckle (5) in the hole of his padding (Fig. 32) up to remove it completely. Then
pass it in the seat fabric's slot (Fig. 33) until it's total out. Now take seat and back fabric
flaps at their meeting point and pull to open then (Fig. 34). Now you see, in the intersection
between the seat and back-rest, a cover plate with "tacks" (Fig. 35), open it. Pass belts
under fabric (Fig. 36) and put both the buckle, both the belts with the respective tabs into
the corresponding locations in the compartment (Fig. 37). Closed again with the cover and
secure it with the "tacks" previously removed (Fig. 38).
GROUP 2, 3 HEADREST POSITION ADJUSTMENT
Raise the headrest to its maximum height (See "CORRECT BELTS POSITION") (Fig. 39).
Pull and keep pulled the belt positioner (Fig. 40), pull headrest height adjust handle up and
lift the headrest (Fig. 41). Release height adjust handle, place belts positioner in its lowest
position. Now headrest is free and you can adjust it up or down depending on the height of
the child (Fig. 42).
To restore the headrest adjustment when using "FORMULA-FIX" in its Group 1 version, pull
and keep pulled belt positioner, lower right to the bottom the headrest (Fig. 15, III) and
release both devices. Check the correct fastening raising and lowering the headrest by
checking the corresponding movement of the belt positioner.
Once pulled belts and unlocked headrest, fix "FORMULA-FIX" to seat using IsoFix fixing
system (Fig. 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8).
Put your child in car-seat, adjust headrest so that it is in line with the neck (Fig. 43).
Now assure your child with the car belt (Fig. 44), insert tabs into buckle (Fig. 45) let
diagonal belt pass into the headrest slot (Fig. 46). Then let pass diagonal belt into its slot
on the side of car-seat (Fig. 47) pull and tension the car's belts.
When finished using, press the release button on the car's belt buckle and let retract belt
seat.
