Safety regulations

Keep away from children.
Do not pull the machine by the power cable or the steam hose.
Exercise caution when working overhead! Tilt the steamplate in such a way that prevents any material from drop-
ping onto your face or body
and empty the steamplate regularly of any accumulated condensate.
Do not leave the machine switched on if it is unattended.
Do not direct the steamplate towards another person.
Prevent any water and steam from entering switches or socket-outlets.
The machine should be used and stored upright.
Always check to ensure the hose and steamplate are not blocked before using the machine.
Do not pull or twist the hose.
Only use the supplied pressure cap for the tank.
Never block this outlet
Before standing on the frame, make sure that the screws are secure and that the frame is not damaged.
Always disconnect the power supply when you are filling up the machine or if it is not being used.
Do not use any corrosive cleaning agents for the tank.
Do not allow the machine to run dry.
Do not add too much water to the machine and do not use any additives.
Never disconnect the hose while the machine is operational.
Do not remove the tank pressure cap while the machine is being used.
The tank gets hot during use. Do not touch it. Only move it with the help of the support frame.
Always wear appropriate protective clothing when working with the machine.
When standing on the wallpaper stripper, always stand on the platform and do not lean excessively to the side.
Do not use the wallpaper stripper for any other purposes than those described in the operating manual.
Do not attempt to repair the machine yourself under any circumstances unless you are qualified and authorised to
do so.
The maximum weight of a person standing on the machine should not exceed 120 kg, and no more than one person
should be positioned on the platform at any one time.
Electrical appliances
The machine is connected to the mains supply by inserting the power plug into a suitable socket-outlet.
The electric circuit must comply with the applicable regulations that are in force in the country of use. It must fulfil the
relevant technical specifications.
WARNING !
This machine must be earthed.
All electrical material used for the connection have to be suitable for the respective application and bear the "CE" mark
(provided it is subject to Low Voltage Directive 2014 / 35 / EU, and it also has to comply with the regulations that are
in effect in the country of use.
Failure to observe the warnings specified above may result in irreparable damage to the electrical equipment of the
machine and consequently to expiration of the warranty.
The manufacturer does not accept any liability for faults or malfunctions of the machine caused by sudden voltage fluc-
tuations outside the tolerances specified by the distributor (voltage ± 10% - frequency ± 2%).

Electrical connection

The wallpaper stripper is supplied with a 230 V safety plug and a 14 amp fuse. If the fuse needs to be changed, please
replace it with a 14 amp fuse. If you are in any doubt, please contact an electrician for advice.
To ensure your complete safety you are required to use an external protection device such as a double-pole circuit brea-
ker in conjunction with the wallpaper stripper (min. 15 A / max. 20 A).
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by an original spare part. The necessary repair work should only be
conducted by an authorised specialist.
