Two of the nozzles supplied — the brush at-
tachment (Fig. 1/5) and the crevice nozzle
(Fig. 1/6) — are stored on the bottom of the
appliance upon delivery (Fig. 2).
These two nozzles and the connection piece
(Fig. 3/4) are the only three accessory parts
which can be connected directly to the front
intake opening of the hand-held vacuum
cleaner (Fig. 3).
ATTENTION:
If you use the vacuum cleaner without a
nozzle, there is a high risk of sucking in
objects by accident or scratching surfaces
such as the appliance itself.
If you have decided to use the brush attach-
ment (Fig. 3/5) or the crevice nozzle (Fig. 3/
6), you can get going straight away. This is
particularly advisable for vacuuming small
surfaces. You then use your "factory hand-
held vacuum cleaner as a classic hand-held
vacuum cleaner.
The connecting piece (Fig. 3/4) only serves to
attach further accessories.
The accessory that can be connected is print-
ed as a number in a circle on the attachment.
For the connection piece: the _ and the `.
NOTE:
If numbers have not been printed on, they
cannot or should not be combined.
Try it out now and connect the black suction
hose (Fig. 4/9) to the connection piece al-
ready mounted (Fig. 4/4).
If you then attach the cleaning brush (Fig. 5/
13) to the black suction tube (Fig. 5/9), you
will have the perfect combination for sensitive
or bumpy surfaces, and a much bigger reach
at the same time (Fig. 5).
See the next page for other typical uses.
