La macchina può essere utilizzata soltanto da personale qua-
lificato e autorizzato.
Un operatore s'intende qualificato se ha compreso le istruzioni
scritte comunicate dal fornitore, se ha seguito un corso di forma-
zione specifico e se conosce le norme di sicurezza sul lavoro.
Gli operatori non devono fare uso di farmaci o di alcol che
possano interferire con le loro capacità.
In linea di principio devono essere in grado di:
- leggere e capire le descrizioni;
- capire le prestazioni e le caratteristiche della macchina;
- tenere le persone non autorizzate a distanza dalla zona di
lavoro;
- accertarsi che l'installazione sia stata eseguita nell'osservanza
di tutte le norme e regole valide in materia;
- accertarsi che tutti gli operatori abbiano conoscenze sufficienti,
e che sappiano come impiegare la macchina in modo corretto
e sicuro, garantendo un'adeguata sorveglianza;
- evitare il contatto con gli apparecchi e le linee elettriche, se
la macchina non è scollegata;
- leggere con attenzione il presente manuale, apprendendo
l'uso corretto e sicuro della macchina.
- Conservare il presente manuale in un luogo facilmente ac-
cessibile e consultarlo, se necessario.
ATTENZIONE! Tutte le variazioni o modifiche non autorizzate
della macchi- na sollevano il produttore dalla
responsabilità per eventuali danni indiretti. In particolare la
rimozione o la manipolazione dei dispositivi di sicurezza
costituiscono una grave violazione delle norme
in materia di sicurezza sul posto di lavoro.
3 GENERAL SAFETY REGULATIONS
Operators who work with this machine must be qualified and
authorized.
To be considered qualified, an operator must understand the
written instructions given by the manufacturer, be trained and
be familiar with the regulations governing labour safety.
Operators must not make use of drugs or alcohol which could
alter their faculties.
It is, however, essential to:
- Know how to read and understand the descriptions.
- Know the per formances and characteristics of this ma-
chine.
- Keep unauthorized persons away from the operating zone.
- Make sure that the installation has been made in compliance
with all the pertinent regulations and standards in force.
- Make sure that all the operators have been sufficiently trained,
that they know how to use the equipment in a correct and
safe way and that there is adequate supervision.
- Never touch the electrical equipment or power lines unless
the power has been previously turned off.
- Carefully read this manual and learn how to correctly and
safely use the machine.
- Always keep this manual ready to hand in an easily accessible
place and consult it when necessary.
WARNING! Unauthorized variations or modifications to the
machine shall relieve the manufacturer from all liability for
any deriving damages or accidents. In particular, removal
or tampering with the safety devices represents a violation
of the Labour Safety regulations.
