Starting the watch
Crown in position 1. This position
enables the automatic movement to
be wound by hand. If the watch has
stopped, turn the crown forwards ( )
about 30 times. Thereafter, the watch
winds itself while you wear it. Fully
wound, the watch will keep going
about 38 hours off the wrist.

Setting the time
Pull the crown out to position 3 to
stop the seconds-hand when it reaches
12 o'clock. Turn the crown back (
to advance the hands to the date
change at midnight. Continue to move
the hands forwards to the right time.
