4 Troubleshooting

If your humidifier does not work, please contact the service department:

Power indicator doesn't
work and with no wind or

Possible cause
Did not connect the power
supply.
Did not turn on the
humidifier.
No water in the water tank.
New humidifier.
Dirty water or water stored
in tank too long.
Too much water in the base

Dirty water or water stored
in tank too long.
Caused by too little water in
water tank.
Resonance from table

Solution
Connect the humidifier from
the power supply.
Switch on the unit.
Fill water tank with water.
Open water tank, put it in
shadow for 12 hours.
Clean the water tank, fill it
with clean water.
Empty the flume, then close
the cap of water tank.
Clean the transducer.
Clean the water tank, fill it
with clean water.
Fill water tank with water.
Place on a stable level
surface.
