8 Troubleshooting

Many of the most common problems with the wine refrigerator are easily solved, saving the
cost of a possible call to the service center. Before calling the service center, follow the trou-
bleshooting tips below.
PROBLEM
Wine storage appliance doesn't work.
Wine storage appliance not cold enough.
Light doesn't work.
Vibrations.
Wine storage appliance is too loud.
Door does not close properly.
No LED display.
LED display error.
Buttons do not work.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Not connected. Incorrect voltage. Circuit
breaker tripped or fuse blown.
Check temperature settings.
External environment may require higher
setting.
Door not completly closed or opened fre-
quently most recently.
Door seal not sealing properly.
Device to close to the wall.
Contact your supplier or service center.
Device not level on the ground.
Device not level on the ground, objects or
dust in the fan.
Wine storage appliance not level on the
ground.
Door reversed and not properly installed.
Seal too weak.
Hinges adjusted.
Main control does not work.
PCB problem.
Possible problem with the connector.
Poor display quality.
Temperature beyond the adjustable range.
Control panel damaged.
