USE

1. Measure the circumference of the head of the patient and select the
appropriate size for the cap.
2. Gently put on a cap on a patient's head starting from forehead and gradually
pulling on his side nape.
Electrode Cz should be located exactly in the middle of the line connecting
bridge of the nose (Nasion) and occipital tubercle (Inion) . The frontal
electrodes Fp1 and Fp2 must be located directly above the superciliary arcs.
Make sure that all the electrodes are located symmetrically about the middle
line. If the location is incorrect, select a cap of a different size.
3. Fix the cap with a chin or chest belt.
The tension of the belt must ensure reliable fixation of the cap. Avoid
excessive strain. The patient should feel comfortable in the course of the
entire study.
When loose fit electrodes to head patient use cap smaller size or
additional retainer.
