INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
INSTALLATION
• The kitchen operates with liquid gas (CAT. I3+) and is delivered prepared for operation with
butane-propane. It is not apt for natural or city gas.
• The kitchen must be connected to a butane or propane gas tank using a duly homologated pressure
reducer and flexible pipe.
• The flexible pipe should be no longer than 1.50 metres, should not be exposed to stress and should
be replaced on the expiry date indicated on it.
• Introduce one end of the flexible pipe into the tank's pressure reducer and the other into the
apparatus socket. Fasten both ends with metal clamps to avoid any gas leak.
• Repairs must only be made by an Authorised Technician.
INSERTING THE KNOBS
• To insert the knobs you must bear in mind that the flat area of the edge of the knob must coincide
with the flat area of the metallic edge, then push it to leave it correctly fixed.
TURNING ON BURNERS
• Open the gas key on the tank's pressure reducer.
• Place a flame near the burner you want to ignite.
• Push and turn the desired burner to the left until it reaches the position of the live flame.
• If you want to decrease the flame intensity push and turn the knob to the lower flame direction
until getting the desired flame intensity.
HOW TO USE BURNERS
• Make sure that the flame does not rise up the sides of the pan.
• Pans should be at least 14 cm in diameter and a maximum of 22 cm.
• After boiling, regulate the burner to the low flame position and if the items to be cooked allow
it, cover the pan to save energy.
