Operating modes

The control unit can be operated in two modes, sauna
and evaporator mode. The operating modes can be
started directly as quick start (see Chapters 5 and 6)
or after expiry of a certain preset time – time until the
heater switches on (see Chapters 7 and 5).
Sauna mode provides dry heat. The heat values
are high, the humidity values are low.
In evaporator mode the temperature in the sauna
cabin is lower, but the relative humidity is consi-
derably higher.
Evaporator mode only at temperatures below
65°C:
When the evaporator is set at a temperature of over
65°C on the control knob 6 the word Hot appears on
the display 3
• The control unit switches the heating off.
• The evaporator is switched on after the temperature
of 65°C is attained.

Heating is in operation
Heating is not in operation.
Evaporator is in operation.
Evaporator is not in operation.
Temperature too high for evaporator
operation.
