Product Description
Intended Use
The AL-KO power pack supplies electricity to manoeu-
vring drives for caravans. Any other use beyond the in-
tended use is considered as contrary to the intended
use.
Device intended for private use only
Device intended for connection to caravan manoeu-
vring systems (e.g. AL-KO Mammut) only
Any other use beyond the intended use is considered as
contrary to the intended use.
Possible Incorrect Use
The manufacturer accepts no liability for defects or dam-
ages caused by:
Non-observance of the safety instructions contained
in this documentation
Improper installation or conversion
Improper use, operation of other current collectors
other than caravan manoeuvring systems (e.g. AL-
KO Mammut)
Commercial or industrial use
Safety Instructions
Risk of electric shock
Do not touch the battery contacts Do not re-
move the protective caps
Warning! Risk of injury
Vapours and corrosive liquids that can cause
drowsiness and extreme chemical burns to the
skin and respiratory system can escape from a
damaged battery

Risk of fire and explosion
Do not expose the device to a naked flame
Do not open the device (only do so to dispose of
the battery). There is a risk of short circuit!
The device must be connected and fused by a
trained electrician
Do not charge any other batteries with the
charger
Caution! Total battery discharge
Charge the device immediately when the yellow
LED lights up, in order to prevent damage to the
device.
Charge the device completely before each use
Charge the device completely every 6 months
when not in use
Only store the device in a completely charged
state.
Charge the device completely following storage
and before commissioning
Warning! Risk of injury!
Only transport the device with the help of ano-
ther person. The device weighs approx. 33 kg.
Charger heats up during the charging process. Do
not operate on a highly flammable surface or in a
flammable environment
Do not cover the vent holes in the device; do not
place anything on the device.
Before removing the pole terminals, pull out the
mains plug and 12V plug
Children or persons not familiar with the operating
manual may not use the device
Protect the charger from heat and direct sunlight
Only use original spare parts
Store, use and charge the device only in the temper-
ature range between -20°C and +40°C
Have the device checked by a specialist following in-
stallation
Wear protective gloves when working on and in the
device
Charge the battery immediately when the yellow
LED lights up, in order to prevent the battery from
ageing prematurely
If not being used for an extended period of time,
store the device in a dry indoor space
Only charge the device with the integrated charger
Only use the device when in an assembled and safe-
ly installed state
