Trouble shooting
Status
Red LED indicator light is on and the gas tool does
not operate.
The gas tool operates normally but does not drive the
fasteners to flush.
Fan does not run and the LED indicator light is red.
Battery is unable to charge or the battery charger is
getting hot when charging.
Battery charger is getting hot, produces noise or start
to smoke.
Work contact element (safety) is not fully depressed
and the gas tool can not be used.
The gas tool does not operate, but the green LED
indicator light is on and the fan can work.
The gas tool operate normally, but no fastener is
driven.
Combustion chamber is not returning to start position.
Driver did not return to initial position, miss fire fre-
quency increases.
The gas tool appears to be loosing power.
For failure other than above situations, please stop using the gas tool and contact your local dealer for service.

Meaning
•
Battery power might be too low.
•
Replace battery with a fully charged one.
•
Adjust the depth of drive setting to deepest.
•
Clean the cylinder with proper cleaner.

Check battery and fuel cell and replace if required.
•
Depress the safety and hold for 1 minute before activate the trigger. If
the gas tool does not fire, there might be seal leaking over the combus-
tion chamber. Contact your local dealer for service.

The battery is dead. Replace the battery with a fully charged one.
•
If the above-mentioned condition does not work, contact your local
dealer for service.
•
Replace the battery. If this action solves the problem, the battery is
damaged.
•
The charger may be overheated. Wait 30 min. and retry.
•
Replace the battery charger if the battery is functioning normally in the
gas tool, but can not be charged by the battery charger.
•
The battery charger is damaged and should not be used any more. Un-
plug the battery charger immediately and replace it with a new battery
charger.
•
The work contact element is bend, or some dirt is stuck in the track of
the safety mechanism. Clean the safety track. Repair or replace the
work contact element by service center representative.
•
Lock out mechanism is active. Load more fasteners.
•
Fuel cell is empty. Replace with a new fuel cell.
•
Spark wire is loose, check the spark wire by removing the cap.
•
Spark plug is dirty. Clean the spark plug.
•
If all above-mentioned conditions do not work, contact your local dealer
for service.
•
Wrong type of fasteners is used. Please change to correct fasteners.
•
The cylinder needs cleaning.
•
Fastener is jammed, clean the jammed fastener before use.
•
The fastener pusher did not engage properly with the fastener strip.
Adjust to fully engagement.
•
The work contact element (safety) is bend or dirty. Check the work
contact element and repair or replace it. Clean the safety track.
•
Check and replace full battery.
•
Clean the gas tool with proper cleaning fluid.

The gas tool maybe over heated. Clean or replace the intake air filter.

Check fuel cell.
