.1. RECOMMENDATIONS
Please ensure the following values are respected in
order to ensure the proper operation of your
electrolyser :
Salt content : recommended 4,0 g/l
minimum :
pH :
recommended less than 7.6
TAC :
recommended between 8 and 15° F
Stabilizer :
recommended : 10 to 15 g/m3
Maximum : 40 g/l
Water temperature : do not operate below 15° C
Chlorine content : between 0.5 and 2.5 ppm
Connection : 220 volts-50/60 Hz locked to the
filtration pump.
.2. INSTALLATION OF THE BOX AND
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
A- Installation of the box :
Fix the box to a wall of the machine room via the
attachment holes in each corner, using the screws
and plugs supplied.
B- Electrical connections :
- Box power supply: the system works in parallel with
the filtration pump. The connection is made via the
contactors on the filtration pump in the filtration box.
A box that is permanently connected will damage the
electrode and lose its guarantee.
- The power supply to the salt electrode : connect the
cable provided for this purpose. Tighten the nuts
properly. A loose connection may result in overheating.

3.2 g/l
Precaution to take before working on the box :
Isolate the electrical installation using an energy-
separation device such as :
- a circuit-breaker or disconnecting switch.
Device to be installed to protect against
short-circuits or overloads:
- differential type switch 30 mA (power to be
adapted according to the installation).
The calibre of such a protection device should not
exceed 10 A.
.3. INSTALLATION OF THE CHAMBER
The chamber must be attached to the return pipe (50
or 63) that runs towards the swimming pool, after the
filter and after the heater or the start of the compressor.
Ensure that there is sufficient room on the removable
side of the chamber so that one can remove the
electrode.
