HOW TO ADJUST THE TRIGGER HANDLE
STEP 1
Adjust the height of the trigger handle on the shoulder strap. There
are three different settings (S/M/L).
The trigger handle should ideally be at chest height.
7. MAINTENANCE
7.1. POST-AVALANCHE CHECK
Every use of the SCOTT ALPRIDE AIRBAG SYSTEM can negatively affect the material. Often the damage is not visible
with the naked eye. After a use in an avalanche, contact the authorized SCOTT Dealer where you have bought your SCOTT
ALPRIDE AIRBAG SYSTEM for further inspection.
If you are unable to send the SCOTT ALPRIDE AIRBAG SYSTEM, then following points are recommended to check :
1- Check the airbags visually for punctures
2- Check the airbag fastening straps for tears
3- Check the shoulder, waist and chest straps as well as the seams for tears
4- Check all buckles (adjustment buckles at the shoulder straps, waist and chest strap)
5- Check buckles as well as leg straps for tears and deformation

Unscrew the tool. System is
ready to use if the red pin has
disappeared
DO NOT FOLD THE AIRBAG!
DO NOT ROLL THE AIRBAG!
TO DEFLATE THE AIRBAG, USE THE SCREW
ONLY (NOT A SCREW DRIVER OR A PEN).

Screw the new cartridges
MAKE SURE THE STRAP IS ALWAYS
WELL TIGHTENED.
STEP 2
Turn up the trigger handle to
change the height position.
STEP 20
Close the cartridges com-
partment
STEP 3
Then slide the trigger handle
out of the webbing loop
according and slide it back in
the correct height.
