8.4 Troubleshooting
• Make sure that the FN key is not activated
(see 5 "Activating/deactivating the FN key").
• Make sure that the Win key lock is not
activated (see 7 "Function of the CHERRY
key").
• Update the firmware (see 8.2 "Updating the
firmware").
• To make sure that the keyboard is not
defective, test it if possible with another PC/
laptop.
• Use another USB port on the PC/laptop.
• Set the option "USB Keyboard Support" or
"USB Legacy Mode" to enabled in the BIOS
of the PC.

The key configuration does not comply with the
ISO 9995-1 layout. This means that the
keyboard must not be permanently used for
workstations.
