Preparation
Remove loading aid from vehicle
Open out fold-out page!

Work on the loading aid (1) from the underside. Remove frame together with sliding rollers (2).

The screws are re-used.

Cut out enclosed template (1) and align and adhere on the underside of the loading aid (2).
Saw out aperture with compass saw.

Work from the underside of the loading aid (2) in order to avoid tearing out the carpet covering. Smooth off cut
edge with file.

Adhere edge protective strip (1) along cut edge. Place frame together with sliding rollers (2) on underside of
loading aid (3). Mark position of metal rail between Point (4) and Point (5) with marking tool and cut out aperture
between Point (4) and Point (5) with angle grinder. Deburr cut edges with file and repaint cut surface with spray can.

Mount the two frame parts with sliding rollers (1) and (2) on the old hole pattern using the existing screws.
Align reinforcement rail (3) on the underside of the loading aid (4) and transfer hole pattern with 3 mm Ø drill.
Firmly secure reinforcement rail (3) with raised oval-head tapping screws (5) on the underside of the loading aid (4).

Install loading aid in vehicle
