• If a fault occurs, do not try to repair the unit yourself. Attempts to do so will
void the warranty. Refer all servicing to your supplier.
• Do not open the case of the device. There are no serviceable parts inside.
• Use the touch screen function of the device only with your fingers and only
with slight pressure. Do not use any hard, pointed or sharp devices with the
touch screen. Scratched or mechanically damaged displays are not covered
by the device warranty.
• If the liquid crystal display (LCD) of the MBWDISP is damaged, return the
MBWDISP immediately to your supplier. If you have touched the liquid crystal
fluid with your bare hands, do wash them thoroughly with soap and water. If
you have some of the liquid crystal fluid into your eyes, do rinse them with lots
of water. If you are still suffering from eye troubles or if you are feeling bad
afterwards contact a doctor immediately.
• Install the MBWDISP only at a safe place where there is no risk of damage by
mechanical means (falling down), heating (oven, radiators), freezing (fridge,
deep freeze) or chemicals (strong detergents). The warranty is void for
devices showing any of the above-described damages.
• The first time you connect a MBWDISP to a specific PC, this PC should be
connected to the internet. The automatic USB driver installation for the
MBWDISP is searching the internet for the latest available driver and installs it
accordingly.

Rechargeable Lithium Ion Battery Safety Information

The MBWDISP is powered by a rechargeable lithium ion battery inside the housing.
The following safety information must be respected at all times:
• Do not open the case; the lithium ion battery is not replaceable by the user!
• Do not throw the device with the lithium ion battery into fire!
• Charge the lithium ion battery only using an USB connector of your PC or a
dedicated USB charging device! The output current of an USB charging
device must be between 500 mA (min.) and 1000 mA (max.).
• Do not charge the lithium ion battery at temperatures below 0 °C or above
+ 35 °C!
• Do not operate the device at temperatures below 0 °C or above + 55 °C!
