continuously.
No air comes out of the air
outlet.
The fan speed does not
change when the sleep

signiicantly weaker than

The air quality does not
improve, even though the

I need cleaner air because I
have an allergy.
The puriier is extra loud.
The puriier still indicates
that I need to replace a
ilter, but I already did.
Possible solution
The ilter is full. Replace the ilter and reset the puriier.
The puriier is not connected to the power supply. Plug the puriier
into the power supply and switch on.
In sleep mode, the fan speed is set to a very low level. If you want to
change the fan speed, press the

The pre-ilter is dirty. Clean the pre-ilter (see 'Clean the pre-
ilter').
You have not removed all packaging material from the ilters.
Make sure that you have removed all packaging material.
One of the ilters has not been placed in the puriier. Make sure
that all ilters are properly installed in the following order, starting
with the innermost ilter: 1) HEPA ilter, 2) activated carbon ilter,
and 3) pre-ilter.
The air quality sensor is wet. The humidity level in your room
is high and causes condensation. Make sure that the air quality
sensor is clean and dry (see 'Clean the air quality sensor').
The air quality sensor is dirty. Clean the air quality sensor (see
'Clean the air quality sensor').
There is not enough ventilation in the room. Open a window, to
improve the air circulation.
You can change the air quality sensor sensitivity (see 'Set the
sensitivity of the air quality sensor') to make the puriier clean the
air even better.
Please check if you have removed all the packaging material from
the ilters.
If the appliance is still too loud, you can change the fan speed to a
lower fan speed level.
