OPERATION - General
The deep fryer is only intended for domestic use,
not for professional use.

OPERATION - Using for the first time - ImPORTANT!
1. Lift the frying basket's handle to the horizontal position so that it locks into place.
2. Press the lid release button to open the lid. The lid will automatically open to the vertical position.
3. Take the frying basket from the pan.
4. Take out the control panel / heating element by lifting it up.
5. Take out the inner pan by lifting it up.
6. Remove the cardboard edge and any packaging residue.
7. Take out the power adapter by sliding it backwards.
8. Clean all components and the interior and exterior of the housing (see 'CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE').
9. Reassemble the deep fryer.
10. Fill the pan with oil or liquid fat. The level of the oil or liquid fat must lie between the 'MIN' and 'MAX'
marks in the bowl. The maximum quantities are 3 litres.
11. Put the frying basket back into the deep fryer.
12. Close the lid.
13. Pull the lock in the handle towards you and lower the handle. The frying basket will be lowered.
ATTENTION: N ever using solid fats (blocks).
Only use oil or liquid fats specifically suitable for frying.
OPERATION - Preheating
1. Make sure the deep fryer is filled with enough oil or liquid fat.
2. Insert the plug into the socket.
