4.2 Attachment using the fixed bearing housing and the movable
bearing housing with central support plate (WBE 40, WBE 60)
The linear units are fastened using mounting brackets (KAO brackets) on the aluminium tube
section and a central support plate.
The linear unit must be aligned to suit the requirements of the specific application.

The following procedure is suggested:
1. Figs 8 and 9:
Loosen the relevant mounting brackets and central support plate.
2. Loosen the fastening screws on the fixed bearing and movable bearing housings.
3. Align the linear unit and the mounting bracket or central support plate accordingly and
fasten them again.
4. Tighten the fastening screws securely again.
5. If necessary:
loosen further mounting brackets and adapter plates and repeat the procedure.

Setting the maximal positioning range

Ensure there is sufficient overtravel space for breaking in an emergency.
Allow qualified electricians only to connect electrical switches.
