WARNING:
In the event of replacement or assembly/disassembly
of the fan, make sure that the latter does not touch
the motor platform as illustrated in the inclosed
diagram.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
PROBLEM
Motor does not work.
Motor work but there is no
flame formation and with
complete stop.
Burner start and flame is
formed, then stops.
Flame is irregular, short
and with sparks.
Flame is smoky.
PROBABLE CAUSE
No electric current
A There is no discharge on elec-
trodes
B Nozzle is blocked
C Fuel is not arriving
A Photoresistance is dirty
B Nozzle is pulverizing badly
A Nozzle is pulverizing badly
B Pump pressure is toolow
C Water is present in Light Oil
A Nozzles is pulverizing badly
B Too little air in combustion
SOLUTION
A Check fuses
B Check thermostats (room, boiler,
safety)
A Check corret position of tips and
clean them
B Clean and replace nozzle
C Check Light Oil level in tank and that
no gate valves are closed along the
Light Oil line. Check that line and
pump filters are clean.
A Clean photoresistance
B Clear or replace the nozzle
A Clear or replace nozzle
B Check and increase pressure
C Take out water from tank and clean
filters
A Clear or replace nozzle
B Check that atmospheric air flap
opens normally. Check that fan is not
dirty.
