PIZZA DOUGH

Accessoried used: Chopping knive or kneading blade
Ingredients for 6 people
- 150 g of flour
- 90 mml luke warm water
- 2 tablespoons of ollve oil
- 1/2 sachet if baker's yeast
- Salt
• In the bowl of the food processor, fitted with the chopping knife or the dough blade, place
the flour, salt and yeast.
• Run at speed 2 and after the first few seconds, pour the warm water and the olive oil down
the feeder tube.
• Once the dough forms a bowl (15 to 20'), stop the food processor. Leave the dough in a warm
place to rise until it has doubled in size.
• Preheat your oven to gas mark 8 (240 degres). Meanwhile spead the dough out and add your
selected toppings: tomato puree, mushrooms, onions, mozarella...
• Place your garnished pizza on your baking sheet, buttered and floured.
• Place in oven for 15 to 20 mn monitoring the progression.
MAYONNAISE
Accessoried used: Whisking disc
Ingredients for 6 people
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teasppon of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- ¼ liter or oil
- Salt, pepper
• In the bowl of the food processor fitted with the emulsifying disc, place all the ingredients
except oil.
• Place the lid and lock it to the bowl.
• Select speed 3. And run for 5 seconds then without stopping, pour in the oil very slowly,
through the feeder tube. When the mayonnaise has set, it becomes pale.
