2.1.3. WI-FI ASSOCIATION
To associate the transmitter with a Wi-Fi network
you have two options:
VIA WPS
Press the WPS button first and then press the 'SET'
button of the transmitter twice. If the WPS button is
not available on the router, use the second option.
VIA APP RADIANT CLOUDWARM
1.
Connect the mobile device to the Wi-Fi network
(for the initial association the device must be
connected to the Wi-Fi network, and then you
can use a 3G or 4G network to manage the
App).
2.
Open the App and sign in.
3.
Press on the dots (see fig. 1) on top right of the
interface of the App (in some Android devices
the dot icon may not appear; in this case, press
the button to the left of the HOME symbol of
the virtual menu);

Press 'Set up Wi-Fi connection (see fig.1) and
enter the Wi-Fi Password. DO NOT PRESS
"Connect" YET, FIRST YOU MUST PROCEED
WITH THE NEXT STEP.
5.
Press and hold the button 'SET' on the
transmitter until the icon
6.
Press "Connect" on App, after 10-20 seconds
the icon
turns on, steadily lit, indicating
that the connection was established.
If the connection fails:

Check if the Wi-Fi connection on your mobile
device is working.
8.
Check the router, restart the mobile device and
follow the instructions above,
9.
If the problem persists, contact the Technical
support centre of Radiant.
