Start-up
WARNING
The flat-folded filter [19] must always be in place
during suction. Otherwise the suction motor may
be damaged. This can be hazardous to health on
account of increased release of fine dust particles.
Dry vacuum cleaning
Note
You can use this appliance to vacuum all
types of dust up to dust class L.
Note
The appliance is suited as industrial vac-
uum cleaner to take up dry, non-combus-
tible dusts with OEL values ≥1 mg/m
• When vacuuming up fine dust, an additional filter
bag can additionally be used.
Removing the suction head from the
container (fig. A)
1. Release the latches [3] on both sides.
2. Hold the device by the handle [7] and lift off the
suction head [2].
Inserting the filter bag (fig. B)
1. Insert the filter bag [21] into the container [1].
2. Make sure the pins go through the filter bag con-
nector plate and that the bag is fixed properly
inside the tank [1]
Inserting the battery (fig. C)
1. Push the battery into the holder from the rear.
2. Observe a click sound and check that the battery
is properly fixed after inserting.
Replacing the nozzle (fig. D)
1. Open the coupling locks. You should hear an au-
dible "click". Pull out the nozzle.
2. Align the new nozzle and insert it. Observe click
sound when inserting
Cleaning the filter (fig. E)
1. Turn the rotary switch of the device to position
MAX. Make sure the motor is running.
2. Close the inlet of the suction nozzle [5] with the
palm of your hand or similar.
3. Press the filter cleaning button [10] fast 5 times.
Note
When sucking fine dust the filter can
eventually be clogged and the suction
performance will drop as a result. Use
the filter cleaning system to clean the
filter.
Filter outlet (fig. F)
Push the outlet grill [14] to the side to release it
from its lock.
Push it outwards in a turning motion.
Note
The outlet filter [14] can get clogged
over time and the motor will overheat.
Carry out regular cleaning.
Disconnecting and reconnecting the
hose from/to the device (fig. G)
1. To remove the suction hose [16] and hose cuff
[8] press the hose release button [9].
2. Pull out the hose cuff [8].
3. When reconnecting it, the hose cuff [8] must lock
in with an audible clicking sound.
Blow function (fig. H)

1. To use the blow function first remove the hose
from the inlet and remove the outlet grill. See
above.
2. Insert the hose into the blower port located inside
the machine.
