6.3.2 Terminal block

The terminal block is used in enclosures in the sizes 1.
To remove the terminal block, unscrew the two self-tapping screws on
the sides using a suitable Phillips head screwdriver.
If, for example, the screws of the supports are lost they can be replaced
by commercially available, stainless steel screws of the same size.
The terminal block is replaced in reverse order.
Tighten the self-tapping screws with a test torque of 3.0 Nm.
6.3.3 GHG 790 terminal block

The GHG 790 terminal block is used in enclosures in the sizes 2 to 3.
To remove the terminal block, unscrew the two self-tapping screws on
the sides using a suitable Phillips head screwdriver.
If, for example, the screws of the supports are lost they can be replaced
by commercially available, stainless steel screws of the same size.
The terminal block is replaced in reverse order.
Tighten the self-tapping screws with a test torque of 3.0 Nm.
6.3.4 Terminal rails for series terminals

The terminal rails for series terminals can be mounted vertically or
horizontally.
To facilitate the connection of cables, the PE terminal rail can be
removed.
If the built-in rail is not equipped completely with terminals, the
terminal rail shall be integrated in the potential equalization.
To remove the terminal rail:

- Unlatch the retaining lug with a screwdriver (1).
- Bend the retaining piece up slightly (2).
- Remove the terminal rail (3).
To remove the terminal rail holder for series terminals from the enclosure,
undo both the self-tapping screws at the ends with a suitable Phillips
head screwdriver.
If the built-in rail is not equipped completely with terminals, the
terminal rail shall be integrated in the potential equalization.

by commercially available, stainless steel screws of the same size.
The terminal block is replaced in reverse order.
Tighten the self-tapping screws with a test torque of 4.0 Nm.
