On standby: operation of the communication and control buttons (no. 2)
Activating communication with the external module:
Press this button once to open communication (audio + video) with the external module: the LED located
behind the pictogram lights up.
Note: when the installation includes several external modules, you must press the number of times
corresponding to the ID value of the external module with which you wish to communicate (see the guide at
the start of this document).
Selecting the number of rings:
1. press this button and keep depressed until the LEDs located behind the pictograms
up and the speaker emits a constant sound.
2. Release the button.
3. Press the button successively the number of times corresponding to the number of rings desired (1 to 9).
4. You automatically leave this mode a er 3 seconds without pressing the button; this is confirmed by the
LEDs located behind pictograms
Communication between monitors:
Press the number of times corresponding to the address of the monitor to be called (see the guide at the
beginning of this document).
Note: if the addresses of the monitors are not assigned, the monitor used emits a series of 5 beeps.
Selecting the ring tune:
1. press this button and keep depressed until the LEDs located behind the pictograms
up and the speaker emits the active tune.
2. Release the button.
3. Press the button successively to select the tune desired (choice between 9 tunes).
4. You automatically leave this mode a er 3 seconds without pressing the button; this is confirmed by the
LEDs located behind pictograms
If the relay module ref. 9020031 is installed, pressing this button activates relay no. 1 (R1); see the guide at
the beginning of this document to see the function associated with this relay.
Activating the "do not disturb" function:
- When the LED situated behind pictogram
the LED lights up and the monitor remains on standby in the event of a call from the external module or
another monitor.
- When the LED situated behind pictogram
the LED goes out and the monitor is on standby until the next call is received from the external module or
another monitor.
Selecting the duration of the "do not disturb" period:
1. press this button and keep depressed until the LEDs located behind the pictograms
up and the speaker emits a constant sound.
2. Release the button.
3. Press the button successively to select the duration desired (max. 8 hours). Each press increases the
duration by 15 minutes. For example, to programme a duration of 1 hour, press the button 4 times.
4. You automatically leave this mode a er 3 seconds without pressing the button; this is confirmed by the
LEDs located behind pictograms
Note:
- When the "do not disturb" function is active on the main monitor, the calls are deactivated on all the
monitors in the house.
- When the "do not disturb" function is active on a secondary monitor, the calls are deactivated on this
monitor only.
