CUTTING DEPTH
1 Set the cutting depth adjuster
match the size of the biscuit joints:
Setting
0 47 x 15 x 4 mm
10 53 x 19 x 4 mm 12 - 15 mm
20 56 x 23 x 4 mm
HEIGHT STOP
1 Open the height clamping
set the desired cutting offset.
Caution! Make sure the tool is
switched off and unplugged.
ANGLE STOP
1 Open the angle clamping knob
set the desired cutting angle.
Caution! Make sure the tool is
switched off and unplugged.
SAW BLADE REPLACEMENT
1 Remove the 4 screws of the base
plate 11 with a screwdriver.
Caution! Make sure the tool is
switched off and unplugged and
wear protective gloves.
3 Place a new saw blade in the tool.
Caution! Observe that the rotation
direction of the saw blade corre-
sponds with the indication on the tool.

2 Set the cutting depth
and pull back the housing. The tip of the
blade must exceed 10 mm. Adjust with
the cutting depth setting screw 12.

Tighten the height clamping knob 15.

2 Press the spindle lock button 3. Loosen
the saw blade washer with the two-pin
spanner and remove the saw blade.
4 Press the spindle lock button 3, tighten
the saw blade washer with the two-pin
spanner and reinstall the base plate 11.
Caution! The flat surface of the
washer must point outwards.
