USER TIPS
GENERAL:
The FR-12 is a transmitter/receiver working with radio
waves on the 446 MHz band. Its signal transmission can
be affected by external influences such as other radiop-
hones, transmitters, wireless phones, etc. When your
radiophone is being interfered with or causes interference,
simply changing the channel usually solves this problem.
The use of this radiophone is permitted in all the countries
of the EU. If you want to bring the FR-12 to countries
outside the EU, you should consult the local restrictions on
the use of PMR446 equipment.
Don't forget that the signal of the FR-12 can also be heard
by radiophones or receivers other than yours.
It is in no way allowed to make any changes to the
electronics or the antenna of the FR-12. Service must be
performed by qualified service personnel only.
Never use the FR-12 outdoors during thunderstorms.
