Troubleshooting

Symptom
Tablet computers do not
charge.
The battery pack
charging indicator does
not light.
(Charging does not start.)
The battery pack
charging indicator blinks.
(Blinks green, for
example.)
Charging finishes quickly
or does not occur.
If a problem persists even after performing the above solutions, contact Panasonic Techni-
cal Support
CAUTION
Never open the casing or attempt to disassemble the unit.
Items to check and solutions
● Is the tablet computer properly docked?
→ Follow the instructions on page 11 to dock the tablet
computer properly.
● Is the AC adaptor disconnected from the power
outlet?
→ Check the AC adaptor connections.
● Is the power feed / communication connector dirty?
→ Clean the power feed / communication connector.
● Is the battery pack properly docked?
→ Follow the instructions on page 13 to dock the battery
pack properly.
● Is the AC adaptor disconnected from the power
outlet?
→ Check the AC adaptor connections.
● Is the power feed / communication connector dirty?
→ Clean the power feed / communication connector.
● The battery pack may be dead.
→ Replace the battery pack with a new one.
● Is the power feed / communication connector dirty?
→ Clean the power feed / communication connector.
● The battery pack may be dead.
→ Replace the battery pack with a new one.
● The battery pack may be dead.
→ Replace the battery pack with a new one.
