14. Replace the non-return valve
Warning!
All non-return valves must be replaced at once.
Failure to observe this instruction can result in an increased germ load in the
drinking water and thus pose a health or mortality risk.

The non-return valve forms part of the guide socket (a).
14.1 Remove the fitting (see
14.2 Replace the guide socket (a).
14.3 When necessary, replace the O-rings of the guide socket (b).
14.4 Reassemble in reverse order.
15. Replace the aerator
15.1 Remove the aerator, using an open-ended wrench.
15.2 Replace the aerator.
16. Replace the mixer insert
16.1 Close the water supply.
16.2 Disconnect the fitting.
16.3 Remove the stopper (a), using a screwdriver.
16.4 Loosen the grub screw (b) and remove it from the adapter (c), using a hexagonal
wrench.
16.5 Remove the lever cap (d).
16.6 Remove the housing cover (e), using a special wrench (f, see
16.7 Loosen the threaded ring (h), using an open-ended wrench.
16.8 Replace the mixer insert (g).
16.9 Tighten the threaded ring to a torque of 8 Nm, using an open-ended wrench.
16.10 Screw down the housing cover (e), using a special wrench (f).
16.11 Slide the lever cap (d) onto the adapter (c).
16.12 Tighten the grub screw (b) to a torque of 0.8 Nm, using a hexagonal wrench.
