7. ChARGING PROGRAMMES

The charger detects automatically if you connected a 12 v or 24 v battery. Nine different charging programmes
(mode 1 to 9) are available. The desired charging programme is only selected after connecting the battery by press-
ing the MODE button (2).
The charger saves the charging programme used last except for charging programmes mode 2, 5 and 7. The
charging process used last is started after pluging the mains cable into a mains socket.
a) Mode 1
Mode 1 is a normal charging programme for 24 v batteries.

Press the MODE button (2) repeatedly until the LED 24 v (3) is illuminated.
During charging, the LED 24 v (3) is illuminated and the charging status is shown in the charging progress display
(12). The individual LEDs for the respective charging status are illuminated subsequently.
When the FULL display is illuminated, the charger switches to conversion charging.
