Problem

insufficient.

insufficient (alarm situation).

Cause
Too many extraction points switched
on simultaneously.
Filter(s) clogged or saturated.
Drum not mounted (correctly).
No compressed air or compressed air
pressure too low.
Pressure difference switch defective
or adjusted incorrectly.
Cleaning mechanism defective:

24 VAC magnetic valve defective.
•
Control PC board defective.
•
Cleaning mechanism defective or
worn.
•
Pre-separator (if present) is full.
•
Non-return valve in air duct system
is blocked.
Filters ripped or placed incorrectly.
Binder placed incorrectly.

No mains voltage.
•
Indicator defective.
•
Fuse defective.
•
Control PC board defective.
•
24 VAC supply defective.
•
Reset/start button defective.
•
Control PC board defective.
•
24 VAC supply defective.
Solution
Make sure that max. 7 extraction fans
(FAN 42) are switched on
simultaneously.
In case of a central fan: make sure
that not more than 10 arms are in use
simultaneously.
Replace the filters.
Mount the drum correctly.
Check compressed air unit. Remedy if
necessary.
Replace pressure difference switch or
readjust.

Replace the magnetic coil or the
entire magnetic lid.
•
Replace the control PC board.
•
Replace the cleaning mechanism.
•
Empty the drum of the pre-
separator.
•
Remedy non-return valve.
Replace filters or place them correctly.
Place binder correctly.
•
Reconnect mains voltage.
•
Replace indicator.
•
Replace fuse.
•
Replace control PC board.
•
Remedy the 24 VAC supply.
•
Replace reset/start button.
•
Replace control PC board.
•
Remedy the 24 VAC supply.
