NOTE: This log splitter was partially assembled at the factory. Refer to the drawings and parts list should it become
necessary to disassemble the unit for repair or replacement of parts. The drawings in this manual are for refer-
ence only. Some of the components on your log splitter may look slightly different.
STEP 1:
Remove all the components from the crate. Inspect each piece for shipping damage. If any part is damaged, contact
your dealer or delivering carrier.
STEP 2:
Install the two wheels (2) and the hubs (10) to the tank assembly (3). With the wheel hub assembly in place on the spin-
dle, assemble the 3/4" flat washer (9) and 3/4 NF slotted nut (8). Tighten the castle nut so that the hub will still rotate
freely. Insert the cotter pin (6) through the slot in the nut and the hole in the spindle. Assemble wheel with the lug nuts
(11) and tighten. Install hub caps (7).
