CAUTION!
❐ Make sure before cleaning the device that it is switched off
and not connected to the mains power.
❐ No liquid must be allowed to enter the device during
cleaning. Never immerse the device in water or other liquids.
❐ Do not use any caustic or abrasive cleaning agents to clean
the product. These can damage the surface.
• Clean the device from time to time with a slightly damp,
soft cloth and then wipe it dry.

Troubleshooting

If the device is not working properly, please check fi rst of all
whether you are able to rectify a problem yourself. Otherwise
you should contact the customer service department.Do not
attempt to repair a defective device yourself!

Possible cause / solution
Battery mode:
Are the batteries inserted wrongly or
too weak?
Mains power mode:
• Is the mains adapter connected
correctly?
• Is the plug socket defective? Try
another plug socket.
• Check the fuse of your mains
connection.
