DT-301/302 CONFIGURATION
Before starting the configuration of modules, it is advisable to consult
a magazine or a website (e.g. http://www.lyngsat.com), in order to collect
the necessary data about the satellite you want to tune. These data will be
needed to configure these modules.
Menu options are as follows:
-
LNB Local Oscillator.
Defines the oscillator frequency of the antenna (in MHz). If you have
a Universal LNB, generally it is used 9750 MHz for LOW band and
10600 MHz for HIGH band. It is a numeric field.
-
DL-Frequency (downlink frequency).
It defines the tuning frequency of the satellite. It is a numeric field.
-
DL-Band (Downlink Band).
Define the band satellite. Select from the available values (C-band or
Ku band).
-
LNB
It defines the LNB voltage and band. Select from the available values
(13V, 18V, 13V + 22 KHz, 18V + 22 KHz, External). Generally 13 V is
used for VERTICAL polarization and 18 V for HORIZONTAL
polarization. If you want to tune frequencies corresponding to the
high band of the satellite you should use +22KHz.
-
Standard
It sets the standard used by the satellite. Select from the available
values (DVB-S or DVB-S2).
-
Symbol Rate
Define the symbol rate of the signal (in kSymb) to match with your
signal. It is a numeric field.
-
MPEG-2 decoder
This option allows you to work with the decoder parameters.
