• MANUAL Manual Recording: press OK to Start/Interrupt recording-
process.
• SCHEDULED Programmed Recording: Press OK, so that recording will

start on programmed Date and Time.
• MOTION DETECTION Recording in case of movement: press OK, so
that the VM299 will wait for a moving picture. The screen will tell DETEC-
Alarm+Mot.
TING.
At the first movement, within the selected area, the recording-process will
start and stop only 5 seconds after the movements have ceased.
• ALARM Not activated (function not available).
• ALARM + MOTION Not activated (function not available).
Leave the Menu by pressing ESC. Then press EXIT to return to the rear-
camera-picture.
• ESC/MODE Enter Reproduction-Mode.
Start Time
The screen will show a List of all Recordings made, divided per Date and
Time.

• CARD INFO Shows capacity of SD-card located inside the unit and its
remaining recording-space.
• ALARM PERIOD Function not available.
Move within the Video-List.
