5 - Usage
5.1 - First activation
Before being able to interact with the Multimedia Interface you need to:
• install the MultimediaInterfaceConfig configuration software
see Software Manual (included in the CD)
• connect the IR acquisition Module as shown in the picture
By means of the MultimediaInterfaceConfig software application, the module allows to receive the
infrared commands coming from the remote control of the audio and video devices (for example
the DVD player remote control or the TV remote control) and to transfer them to the Multimedia
Interface.
