WARNING
: Never pour chlorine directly into the swimming pool
ADVICE:
■ Place a receptacle filled with water at the foot of the ladder, so as to rinse one's feet on entering and leaving the pool.
■ A heat-insulating sheet (incorporating small air liners or bubbles) will allow you to enjoy your pool to the utmost, as it will heat the water, prevent heat
loss during the night, prevent leaves and insects from falling into the water, and prevent evaporation of the chlorine.
FILLING AND EMPTYING
You are recommended to fill the pool until the top of the skimmer is just above water level.
You are recommended not to drain the pool entirely. If you really do need to drain the pool completely, do not do so during periods of strong wind, and do
so as quickly as possible.
Your swimming pool is fitted with a material filtering system (sand filter, cartridge filter, filtering skimmer, etc.) which serves to eliminate debris such as
insects, hair, leaves etc.
Chemical treatment is used in addition to the material treatment and is vital to keep your swimming water clean.

■ In normal operating conditions, your swimming pool will need cleaning once a week. You may, however, encounter occasional problems, which you will
be able to put right by following the advice in the table below.

16 - Dismantling and reassembling the pool

You are strongly recommended not to dismantle your pool. However, if you really do need to do so, proceed in the reverse order of assembly (this
does not apply to semi-embedded and embedded pools).
WARNING
: If the pool is dismantled, the liner is no longer covered by the guarantee.
Take the following precautions when dismantling the pool:
■ Do not lift the liner while there is still water in the pool.
■ Empty the pool by siphoning with a pipe or using the purifier system.
■ Wash all components with soapy water (liner included). Do not use products containing soda.
■ Rinse with a hose and dry all parts (to prevent perforating the liner, only clean it inside the pool. Dry it in the shade, as soon as possible. Do not leave it
exposed to the air for a long period).
■ If you accidentally perforate the liner, it can be repaired easily – even underwater – using a special liner repair glue.
■ When the liner is properly dry (do not apply talcum powder), place it in an opaque plastic bag and put it in a closed cardboard box.
■ Store the liner in a dry place, away from freezing conditions, and away from any sources of heat.
■ Roll-up the metal wall without folding it, and use a cord to keep it rolled up.
To reassemble your pool, follow all the assembly instructions from the beginning.

17 - Safety Recommendations

The safety of your children depends on you alone. The risk is greatest for children under five years old. Accidents do not only happen to
others. Be ready to deal with any emergency.
A reminder of some basic safety rules:
■ Children must be constantly and carefully supervised.
■ Designate one person responsible for safety.
■ Strengthen safety precautions when there are a number of people using the pool.
■ Never leave a child alone near a swimming pool.
■ Never leave a child unattended by an adult if he/she doesn't know how to swim.
■ Never let a child swim alone.
■ Insist that all non-swimmers wear flotation aids.
■ Ensure children wear armbands or appropriate bathing rings, when near the pool.
■ Teach your children to swim as soon as possible.
■ Wet your neck, arms and legs before entering the water.
