After having removed 2 or 3 upper rails at the curved sections, start to lift the edge of the
liner over the wall, allowing 10 to 20 cm to extend beyond the edge towards the exterior; as
you work, temporarily secure the liner with clothes pegs. Do not apply excessive tension to
the liner. To do this work, your feet should bring the bottom of the liner into contact with the
base of the sheet metal.
Proceed in the same manner at the other end, and again on the two sides. This will enable
you to check whether the liner is properly centred. There should not be any large folds
across the pool.
Continue to raise the liner around the pool, securing it in position with other pegs.
N.B. Your liner is welded to the dimensions of your pool. It cannot be too big or too small. It is important to do the assembly work properly.
Do not use untreated water to fill your pool (borehole, river...).
Important:
Start to fill the pool with 1 or 2 cm of water. Properly spread the liner over the bottom, and remove the folds by "sliding" them outwards, with the flat of
your hand, from the centre of the pool towards the edge, until no more remain.
As soon as your liner is in position, you can proceed to fit the plastic and metal sections, as well as the connecting plates and the upper plates. (fig 12)
Cut the surplus length of plastic section. Install the upper rails, which should be directly above the lower rails, and fold-over the connecting plates and
the upper plates over the rails without permanently securing them.
You should remain in or near the pool until it contains 20 cm of water. Working from within, position the sheet metal on the outline marked on the ground,
by striking gentle blows at the base. At this point, if the liner has been properly tensioned, you can permanently secure the upper plates and connecting
plates by tightening the 3 securing bolts.
Make cut-outs in the liner to enable you to install the skimmer and outlet before completely filling the pool. (refer to section 13, "Filtration").

13 - Installing the Step Stones and Border Parts

The step stones should be positioned in a certain direction. The widest edge should be towards the outside.
The step stones should be positioned between the posts. Each end of a step stone should be bolted to an upper plate or connecting plate.
It may be necessary to gently move the posts to the left or right in order to install the step stone.
Only tighten the bolts when they have all been laid in position.
Fit the border parts overlapping the ends of the step stones, centring them.
The narrow part of the border part should be located towards the interior of the pool.
WARNING: The border parts for the rounded and straight parts are different: for the main joist posts, the step stones are rectangular in
shape. (fig 13)

14 - Filtration

IMPORTANT
: All the filtration systems meet the NF C 15-100 installation
standard, which stipulates that any electrical apparatus that is situated less than
3.50m from the pool and freely accessible must be powered by very low voltage,
12V. Any electrical apparatus powered by 220V must be situated at least 3.50 m
from the edge of the swimming pool.
This means that:
■ for a sand filter, the unit must be installed more than 3.50m from the
swimming pool
■ for a filtering skimmer, the transformer must be more than 3.50m from the
swimming pool.
Ask the manufacturer for advice concerning any modificationto one or more elements of the filtration system.
The level of sand in the sand filter tank should not exceed 2/3 of the height of the tank.
When assembling the pool to fit a filtration system through the wall, the following operations should be performed:
■ after installing the sheet metal, use sheet metal shears to cut out holes for the skimmer and outlet;
■ file down the cut edges;
■ apply a rust-prevention product to the places where cuts have been made;
■ position the skimmer at the exterior of the pool. It should be held in position by the two
shortest bolts in the sachet of screws, bolts and associated hardware to be found in the "Skimmer
Assembly" box. Do not forget to fit the rubber seals between the sheet metal and the
