The guarantee offered by PRIORIT AG covers the products delivered. Design modifications carried out
without prior consultation with PRIORIT AG result in the voiding of the certification/guarantee.
Installation services must be guaranteed by the entity responsible for the installation.
Warranty and liability claims for personal injury and property damage are excluded if they are the result of
one or more of the following:

Cabinets are not used as intended

Improper assembly, start-up, operation, and maintenance

Failure to adhere to shipping, storage, operating and assembly instructions

Unauthorised structural modifications of the cabinets

Inadequate monitoring of the required safety devices

Improperly done repairs

Disasters caused by the actions of third parties or acts of God
