3. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Caution: before using the appliance the plate has to be cleaned with hot water and detergent.
The appliance has to be used by qualified staff, since it is an appliance intended solely for professional kitchens. It also
has to be used under supervision and only for grilling food.
3.1 Open water suppy (Fig. 1 – 2)
Before turning on the machine, turn on the tap water supply from the grid (minimum pressure 0.4 bar).

The green indicator light is ON when the power is on.
Power off:
- Turn the knob to position "0".
- If the appliance is not in use, turn off the circuit breaker pole.
