Activate the menu mode and select main menu point "06".

Call the submenu by pressing <Enter>. You can select the individual
submenu points one after the other by pressing the < > oder < > key.
– In the first menu point establish the lower limit value for the
temperature.
– In the second menu point establish the upper limit value for the
temperature.
– In the third menu point establish the lower limit value for the humid-
ity.
– In the fourth menu point establish the upper limit value for the
humidity.

Activate the menu mode and select with the < > oder < > key the
main menu point "07" and press <Enter>.

Now select with the < > oder < > key the desired configuration and
confirm with <Enter>:
– Data transfer to PC
– Automatic print out mode
As soon as in the analyzing mode the stability indicator lights up
(green LED "OK"), a "Stable" protocol is automatically printed out.
– Manual print out mode
After reaching stability, by pressing the <Stable> or <Actual> key
for at least 2 seconds, the corresponding protocol is printed out.

In this main menu point you select whether the temperature is to be
displayed in "°C" or "°F" in the standby mode.
Note: Water activity is measured throughout the world as an aw value, and
the temperature is indicated in °C.
