Now adjust the subwoofer volume using the SUB LEVEL control unit (3) and the total volume of the PA system
using the MAIN LEVEL control unit (1) to the maximum required volume.
This setting enables a high signal-to-noise ratio and provides the best audio quality.
Make sure not to overload the PA system. Excess volume may damage the system. The subwoofer should
complement the satellite loudspeakers in the deep bass range. It should not drone.
After this basic setting, the volume is set using only the volume control on the mixer. The set-up procedure needs
to be repeated with every change to the circuit.
Switch the SUB PHASE (2) switch as a test. Depending on the set-up location of the satellite loudspeakers, the
phase reversal of the subwoofer, which can be achieved using this switch, may improve the bass response. The
position leading to a cleaner and louder bass is the right one.
To switch the system off, first switch off the PA system with the POWER switch (8) and then switch off the mixer.

12. Handling

Never connect the power plug to the wall outlet immediately after the device has been brought from a cold room
into a warm one. The condensation water created thereby may damage the device.
Allow the device to reach room temperature before connecting it. Wait until the condensation water has
evaporated.
Never pull the mains plug by pulling the cable from the socket. Always only use the thus provided grip area.
Remove the mains plug from the electrical outlet if the device is not in use for a longer period of time.
For safety reasons always pull the mains plug from the socket during a thunderstorm.
Music should not be listened to at an excessive volume for a longer period of time. This may damage your hearing.
