5. Description of functions and features
An input signal is divided into bass and medium-high tone portions using an active frequency duplexer.
The bass portions are amplified by the bass amplifier and converted into low-frequency sound waves via the
subwoofer.
The medium-high tone portions are also amplified by a power amplifier and converted into sound waves via the
satellite loudspeaker.
The 15" subwoofer is built in to a bass-reflex housing which contains the complete amplifier electronics.
The satellite loudspeakers are designed in a 2-way system with a 8" low-mid range speaker.
The subwoofer housing is equipped with rollers for easier transport. All housings are well protected with carpet
covering against mechanical stress.
The satellite loudspeakers can be mounted on loudspeaker pedestals, one of which can also be put into the the
speaker flange on the subwoofer.
