The device must be completely removed from its packaging. All protections must be completely removed.
Place the unit upright on a solid, flat surface. Never put the bain-marie on a flammable surface.
Do not install this appliance near open fires, or other heating appliances.
The electrical cable should be protected to at least 16 amps. The device must be plugged directly into a wall
outlet. Using a multiple socket will cause the device to trip.
Clean and rinse the device before first use.
Fill the water tank up to the Max level indicated inside the tank. The water level must not be lower than the
Min level.
Plug in the appliance, once plugged in, the orange indicator light comes on. Turn the temperature control
knob.
When the selected temperature is reached, the orange indicator light goes out and the green indicator light
comes on
When the temperature drops, the appliance will start heating up again and the orange light will come on
again.
Never operate the appliance without water in the container.
The appliance must be drained with cold water and an appliance unplugged.
The device in operation can reach high temperatures. In case of overheating, the device stops working, let
the device cool down.
Do not disassemble and move the device after use.
NOTE
The device is fitted with a safety system in the event of overheating. If tripped, unplug the device and allow it
to cool. If this protection system operates regularly, it is imperative to contact your dealer.
After automatic shutdown, the device can only be put into service by pressing the Reset button on the back
of the device, wait for the temperature to drop, press the Reset button.
