7. Maintenance of your Homelight epilator
7.1. Cleaning your Homelight epilator
We recommend you clean your Homelight epilator after every session, particularly the application surface.
Unplug your appliance before cleaning.
Gently clean the surface of the appliance and particularly the application surface with a clean, dry
cloth and a cleaning agent formulated for cleaning electronic equipment.
Never immerse your Homelight appliance or one of its parts in water.
7.2. Autonomy of your Homelight epilator
With an exceptionally long life, the Homelight epilator fl ash lamp releases all its light pulses without
a decline in energy.
When the appliance is at the end of its life, the ON/OFF indicator light will turn red.
Do not use the unit if large stains appear inside the fl ash lamp or if the
application surface is broken. Contact the BaByliss customer service.
8. Trouble shooting
8.1. My Homelight epilator won't start
Ensure the adapter is properly connected to your Homelight epilator and plugged into the mains.
8.2. There are no pulses when I press the release mechanism
Ensure that the application surface is evenly and fi rmly in contact with your skin and that the 'Ready'
indicator light is fl ashing; this indicator light guarantees that the appliance is in full contact with your skin.
For your safety, the release switch will be able to release a pulse only if the application surface is fi rmly
