Intermittent flushing (S2)
In order to allow e.g. a descaling product time to work, the flushing programme is deactivated for
2 minutes. Then 5 flush cycles occur within 10 minutes, with a reduced flush every 2 minutes. The
final flush is a full flush and then the chosen flushing programme is reactivated.

4. Start-up

To prevent the control unit from being activated unchecked, the stickers on the sensors must
be left on until the electronic urinal is started up.

4.1 Activating the control unit

> Pull off the stickers on the sensors.
The start-up mode will then be active for 5 minutes.
> Hold your hand in front of both sensors, a slight distance away from them.
1 short signal tone will sound and then the control unit will be activated.
> Now move away and take away any objects in the control unit's range.
The control unit alignment takes approximately 12 seconds and signal tones sound during the
process. Then a full flush will occur and the electronic urinal will be ready for use.

4.2 Resetting the system (S5)

If you reset the system, the chosen programmes and settings are reset. Then you will be able to
select programmes and settings again.
Refer to page 2 for a diagram showing the signal sequence.
> Hold the magnetic key in front of the right-hand sensor.
Within approx. 3 seconds, several short signals will sound. Then 8 long signals will sound with
a longer pause of approx. 6 seconds between the 6th and 7th signal tone and the 7th and 8th
signal tone.
> Remove the magnetic key.
2 short signal tones will sound and then service programme S5 will be selected.
> Within 4 seconds, hold the magnetic key in front of the right-hand sensor again.
2 short signal tones will sound to confirm the reset.
> Remove the magnetic key.
Factory settings are active.

5. Operation

5.1 Selecting the flushing programmes

Refer to page 2 for a diagram showing the signal sequence.
Selecting 0.5 litres (P1)
> Hold the magnetic key in front of the right-hand sensor.
Within approx. 3 seconds, several short signals will sound. Then 3 long signals will sound.
> Remove the magnetic key.
2 short signal tones will sound and then flushing programme P1 will be selected.
Selecting Standard (P2)
> Hold the magnetic key in front of the right-hand sensor.
Within approx. 3 seconds, several short signals will sound. Then 4 long signals will sound.
> Remove the magnetic key.
2 short signal tones will sound and then flushing programme P2 will be selected.
Selecting Vario (P3)
> Hold the magnetic key in front of the right-hand sensor.
Within approx. 3 seconds, several short signals will sound. Then 5 long signals will sound.
> Remove the magnetic key.
2 short signal tones will sound and then flushing programme P3 will be selected.
